TPE Chef Collab Vol. 1: Lam Pham and Scott Mackenzie | APRIL 21
Join us for our first-ever chef collab dinner at The Prairie Emporium! We are giving the space a little makeover for contemporary sit-down dinner prepared by two of Calgary's acclaimed chefs, Lam Pham (Pure Asian Kitchen & Bar) and Scott MacKenzie (River Cafe).
Sommelier and manager of Bricks Wine Co. Erin Loader has selected a list of very cool natural wines for the evening. Wine pairings can be added onto each dinner ticket, but wines will also be available a la carte from our bar throughout the evening.
Tickets for this dinner are limited to just 40 seats and are $70, which includes a 4-course dinner as well as a welcome cocktail.
Cocktail hour begins at 6:30PM with dinner starting by 7:30PM.
