Excited to be back at it with Vol. 3 of PRASÁTKO: A Czech-inspired pop-up at The Prairie Emporium!

Now that the food truck is back up and running for the season, we can do a lot of extra fun Czech-inspired fare for you all to try.

Of course, TPE will be serving plenty of Czech beers, spirits and even Czech natural wines too.
